Abby Cohen Smutny
Abby Cohen Smutny is Global Head of International Arbitration at White & Case LLP and is a Vice President of ICCA. She has over 30 years’ experience representing parties both in commercial and investment arbitration. She serves as a member of the SIAC Court of Arbitration and a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
She also has served as Chair of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), Vice-President and Counsellor of the American Society of International Law, Vice-Chair of the Arbitration Committee of the IBA, and President of LCIA’s North American Users Council, and a member of the AAA-ICDR Council.
