ICCA 2024 Hong Kong will be held from 5 to 8 May 2024 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Following the huge success of ICCA 2022 Edinburgh, we cannot wait to see you again!

Every transaction is subject to an additional 6.4% credit card handling fee and administration fee, which will be added at the end of the registration process.
This rate is for attendees residing in the countries and territories listed in the World Bank Country and Lending Group list for Low Income and Lower Middle Income Economies.

This rate provides access to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner only. Access to the conference sessions is not included.
One accompanying person ticket can be purchased with every General Delegate registration.
The registration fee includes the following:

Registration payments are made via our online partner and include all mandatory transaction fees.

Any cancellation or registration transfer requests must be sent in writing to icca2024@hkevents.wearemci.com.
In case of postponement or cancellation of the event, the host will not accept liability for any consequential loss and will have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport and accommodation costs.
Delegates are encouraged to take out appropriate travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.
Registration FAQ
How can I register for the Gala Dinner?
You may include the Gala Dinner in your online registration for an additional fee of HK$2,250. If after you have completed your online registration you decide to attend the Gala Dinner, please go back to the online registration platform and purchase your ticket separately using your registered email.
Are meals included with my registration?
Lunch on 6 & 7 May 2024 are included.
Can I register on-site?
We encourage all attendees to register for the conference in advance. This allows us to plan accordingly for the appropriate number of attendees. We offer an early-bird discount for those who register by 31 August 2023. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to register on-site, because this will depend on the status of registrations shortly before the conference commences.
Who can attend the Welcome Reception?
All registration types include the Welcome Reception.
After completing the registration, will I receive an email confirmation?
Yes. If you have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours after completing the registration process (please check your spam folder), please contact us at icca2024@hkevents.wearemci.com.
How can I get an invoice for the conference registration?
You will receive an automated payment receipt by email after you complete your registration. If you have not received a payment receipt within 24 hours from completing the registration process (please check your spam folder), please contact us at icca2024@hkevents.wearemci.com.
How is my registration confirmed?
After completing the registration, you will be routed to a thank you page. You will also receive an email confirmation including your registration information, which will allow you to add the event to your calendar, as well as a separate email receipt.
How can I request special meals or other arrangements?
If you have any special needs and/or dietary restrictions, please let us know when registering.
Photography & Videography Consent
By attending ICCA 2024 Hong Kong, you will have consented to photography, audio recording and video recordings and their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotions, advertising, inclusion on websites and social media, or any other purpose by the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). The images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future.
