V K Rajah SC
VK works exclusively as an International Arbitrator and is currently a Vice President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. As an arbitrator, he has chaired or been a party-appointed arbitrator in several high profile complex international commercial arbitrations and investor state disputes.
He was a Judge of Appeal in Singapore between 2007 and 2014. His judgements continue to be cited by Courts in several common law jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Australia, India, Malaysia and Hong Kong. VK was the Attorney-General of Singapore from 2014 until he returned to private practice in 2017
