João Ilhão Moreira
João Ilhão Moreira is an Assistant Professor of Civil Procedure Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau, Associate Director of the Centre for Studies on Jurisprudence and Legislation of China and Portuguese-Speaking Countries and Member of the Macau Lawyers’ Superior Council.
His research and scholarly expertise centre on dispute resolution, with a particular focus on the interplay between socio-legal studies and arbitration. He was educated at the University of Oxford (D. Phil, 2020 and MSt, 2016) and at the University of Coimbra (MSt, 2010 and LLB, 2008).
