Judith Levine
Judith Levine is a leading independent arbitrator based in Sydney, Australia with experience in public international law, investment treaty, commercial and sports disputes.
Judith currently sits in cases at ICSID, the PCA, HKIAC, ICC, KCAB and SIAC. Judith previously worked as Senior Legal Counsel at the PCA on some of the world’s most complex interstate and mixed arbitrations.
Earlier in her career, Judith practised at White & Case in New York; served as judicial fellow at the International Court of Justice, advisor to Australia’s Attorney-General, and associate at the High Court of Australia. Judith is a Vice-President of ACICA, and has been active in several ICCA projects and taskforces.
