Elliott Geisinger
Elliott Geisinger heads Schellenberg Wittmer's International Arbitration Group, where his practice has focused on international arbitration for nearly 30 years. He has acted as counsel and arbitrator in complex commercial disputes, in particular in investor-state cases and in international construction and engineering disputes.
He also regularly represents clients in arbitration-related court proceedings and has represented parties before the Swiss Supreme Court in several landmark cases. He was president of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) from 2014 to 2019 and is now Honorary President. From 2016 to 2020, he was one of four arbitration experts to have advised the Swiss government on revisions to Swiss law on international arbitration.
