Susan Ahern
Susan Ahern FCIArb is a barrister practicing in international arbitration, sports law, regulation, governance and mediation. She is a Court of Arbitration for Sport arbitrator and sat on the CAS Anti-Doping Division at the 2020 Olympic Games. Susan is a member of the ICSID Panel of Conciliators, an arbitrator member of the European Commission Disputes Settlement Pool, Secretary of Arbitration Ireland, and a member of the Arbitration & ADR Committee of the Bar of Ireland.
Susan has over 20 years’ experience as corporate counsel in banking & financial services, media & broadcasting, and sport and is former General Counsel of World Rugby.
