Rachel Cahill-O'callaghan
Rachel is a Professor at Cardiff School of Law and Politics and holds PhDs in science and law. She works at the interface of law and psychology exploring the factors that influence judicial decision making. Her work on judicial decision making in the Supreme Court has won several prizes and her monograph Values in the Supreme Court: Decisions, Division and Diversity (Hart 2020) was shortlisted for the Birks prize for outstanding scholarship.
